PPC's chairman urges to accelerate the disbursement of the public investment capital plan in 2024

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked the heads of departments and units under the Provincial People's Committee, chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, investors, project management boards and agencies, relevant units to accelerate the implementation and disbursement of the 2024 public investment capital plan. 
The province is determined to disburse 100% of the province's 2024 public investment capital plan by December 31, 2024.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested them to seriously, drastically and effectively implement tasks and solutions to promote disbursement.
They are directed to ensure the quality of works and combat corruption and waste.
They should also promptly handle agencies, organizations and individuals that delay the disbursement of public investment capital.
Especially, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee required them to implement specific solutions and measures of agencies and units.
In particular, they must regularly brief, inspect and closely follow the task of disbursing public investment capital of their departments and localities.
