PPC's chairman's directions on the implementation of the National Target Programs in Quang Ngai province in the period of 2021 - 2025

Strengthen the initiative and responsibility in reviewing and updating the regulations and guidelines of the central and provincial governments on the implementation of the the National Target Programs.

Promptly organize the effective implementation of programs in the province; focus on speeding up the implementation of capital construction investment procedures; support production development and other tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Pay attention to selecting projects and work items with high feasibility to prioritize implementation, ensuring full disbursement of capital in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 19/ CT-TTg dated October 17, 2022 on accelerating public investment disbursement, implementing 3 National Target Programs in the last months of 2022 and improving the quality of public investment plan development in 2023 and Resolution No. 130/ NQ-CP dated October 6, 2022 of the Government.

Strengthen discipline in the disbursement of capital for the implementation of the National Target Program in parallel with ensuring the quality of the works and the efficiency of capital use;

Uphold the role and responsibility of the leader; stick to reality and properly assess the situation; high determination, great effort, drastic action; focus on solving difficulties and obstacles; enhance the efficiency of coordination between agencies, units and localities; determine to complete the target by December 31, 2022, disbursing 100% of the capital plan to implement the National Target Programs in the province.

Agencies, units and localities assigned capital plans take full responsibility before the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of disbursement of investment capital assigned to implement the National Target Program in 2022 of their agencies and applications. your locality; at the same time, be responsible for allocating funds to perform assigned tasks, if the funds are not fully disbursed, they are withdrawn.

Specific tasks

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Provincial Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs to urgently organize the implementation of the tasks approved by the People's Committee province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned in the implementation of the National Target Program in the province.
