PPC's chairman approved the investment policy of Hang Duong urban service and tourism area project

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 340/QD-UBND approving the investment policy of the project of Hang Duong urban service and marine tourism project in Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city. 
The project aims at connecting the infrastructure system for the area; creating an architectural landscape; ensuring sustainable development with the planning; serving as the basis for organizing the auction of land use rights for commercial housing construction, generating revenue for the state budget.
The project covers an area of over 22,480 m.sqr. Total investment capital is more than 439 billion VND. The project implementation period is 03 years.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is requested to coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to select investors accordance with the provisions of law.
