National online conference on digital transformation in 2023

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the national digital transformation and the development of the application of data on population, electronic identification and authentication are important political tasks, contributing to macroeconomic stability, creating driving force for socio-economic recovery and development, controlling inflation, ensuring great balances, improving competitiveness, business efficiency, reducing costs, increasing labor productivity, opening new development space.

The Prime Minister requested the National Committee and the Digital Transformation Steering Committee of ministries, branches and localities to urgently issue the 2023 Digital Transformation Plan of the Committee, ministries, branches, localities and organizations implementation.

They are requested to increase awareness of the position, role and importance of national digital transformation; focus on reviewing, amending and supplementing institutions, mechanisms and policies policies; creating a legal corridor to promote national digital transformation.

At the same time, it is necessary to promote digital transformation in both directing, operating, organizing the implementation and evaluating the completion level in ministries, branches and localities.

They connect national and specialized information systems and databases with the Information Center.
