Manage, operate and exploit the software Management of personnel records, civil servants and public employees

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the heads of provincial departments, agencies and branches; Public non-business units directly under the province, Chairman of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities seriously direct the implementation of making new records, updating information and status of records on the management software records of officials, civil servants and public employees (Software) as prescribed in the Regulation on management, operation and exploitation of software Management of records of cadres, civil servants and public employees of Quang Ngai province promulgated together with Decision No. Decision No. 29/2020/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee. 
Agencies and units that have not completed the creation of new records or have not promptly updated information and status of records on the Software, heads of agencies, units and people assigned to directly manage and exploit Users of the Software are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In case the agency or unit changes the person assigned to directly manage, exploit and use the Software, within 5 working days, it must report to the Provincial People's Committee.
The Director of the Department of Home Affairs regularly inspects, supervises and urges agencies and units in the management, operation and exploitation of the Software in accordance with the Regulation.
Profile of cadres, civil servants and officials of Quang Ngai province issued together with Decision No. 29 of the Provincial People's Committee.
They timely report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and handling of responsibilities of the head for agencies and units that fail to comply with the above provisions.
