Make medical declaration when buying medicine

National Steering Committee for prevention and control of Covid-19 has just issued Official Letter 2329/BYT-CNTT dated 27 April 2020 on providing information related to respiratory diseases to prevent and control epidemics.
Accordingly, each drug retail establishment is a quarantine point. The drug seller must request to check the information of the person who comes to buy drugs. If people have health medical declaration, choose to scan the QR code to update the drug information.
In undeclared case, the drug retailer will guide people to make a health medical declaration through the application of NCOVI or VietNam Health Declaration before selling the medicine and guide people to contact the nearest health facility for advice, specific instructions.
People can download medical declaration applications on the App Store (for mobile devices such as iphone, ipad), CH Play for other mobile devices or medical declaration on http://ncovi.vn.
