Implement one-stop, one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee promulgated the Plan No. 140/KH-UBND to implement the Project on renovating the implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism.
Accordingly, the overall goal of the Plan is to strongly innovate the implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures.
The goal in 2021 is to connect and share data from the National Database on Population and Business Registration with the National Public Service Portal- Electronic One-Stop Information System.
At the same time, it will complete the digitization of effective administrative procedure settlement results, at least 30%, 20%, 15% respectively.
By 2022, the results of administrative procedure settlement and the data under the province's jurisdiction to increase by at least 20% at the provincial, district and commune levels.
It also targets to reduce the waiting time of people and businesses at the One-Stop Department to an average of about 30 minutes per transaction.
