Evaluate the implementation results of the Smart Operation Center (IOC)

The Department of Information and Communications chaired a conference to evaluate the implementation results after one year of trial operation of the Smart Operation Center (IOC) of Quang Ngai province and Duc Pho town. 
IOC of Quang Ngai province was put into trial operation from April 15, 2022, deploying 9 modules.
According to the Department of Information and Communications, after more than a year of operation, the modules of the system operate stably.
Most of the modules and important data modules are updated automatically and promptly to save time and human resources.
In addition to the positive results achieved, at the conference, relevant agencies, units and localities raised difficulties in the testing phase.
The intelligent monitoring and operating system is a new system, the provided data is large and complex, the data of some modules on the system is still not guaranteed.
The updating and enrichment of data to improve the ability to analyze and make forecasts and exploit the system for management and administration is limited.
On that basis, agencies and units propose key tasks and solutions in the coming time to improve the operational efficiency of IOC in Quang Ngai province and Duc Pho town.
