Ensuring food safety during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2023

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Letter No. 4196/UBND-KGVX on strengthening food safety during the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2023. 
The PPC’s Chairman assigned the Department of Health to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and relevant departments and agencies in implementing activities to inspect the observance of food safety regulations of food production and business establishments in the province; strictly handle violations and publicize the establishment's name, address, and type of product on the mass media.
Provide information and communication on food safety regulations to food establishments and guide people on how to choose and consume safe food during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The PPC’s Chairman requested the People's Committees of districts, town and city to effectively implement the work of ensuring food hygiene and safety during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2023 in the area; inspect the compliance with regulations on food safety of food production and business establishments and strictly handle violations of the law on food safety according to regulations.
