100% of the agencies implementing the National Target Program will be able to deploy an information system to serve the management, direction and administration, communication and monitoring and evaluation.

100% of periodical reports, monitoring reports, general reports and the program's target system are implemented in a synchronous digital environment from Central Government level to local levels, aiming to replace traditional reports.

100% of agencies and organizations managing and implementing the National Target Program from Central Government level to local levels are automatically informed about the contents, tasks and implementation results.

Establish and publish open data sets on the results of implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Program's implementation to make it public to organizations and people.

100% of published data capable of exploiting in the digital environment (computers, smartphones...).

100% of managers at all levels who manage and implement the Program receive training, retraining, capacity building, and regular information sharing on digital skills and IT application in handling operations in the digital environment.

Striving for agencies in charge of management and implementation of the Program from central to local levels to ensure infrastructure, equipment and operation of online meeting rooms.

At least 30% of meetings, conferences, seminars and trainings are deployed in the digital environment.

100% of the information systems under the Project are fully implemented in accordance with current laws on cyberinformation security.

Strive for 100% reputable people, ethnic minorities to grasp the guidelines and views of the Party, policies and laws of the State; have full access to information on health, education, science and technology, market; security and order information to proactively ensure the preservation of life stability and regional socio-economic development through tasks and projects within the scope of the Scheme.

Striving to gradually bring festivals, customs and habits of ethnic minorities to be preserved in the form of a digitized and multimedia database and disseminated and introduced to the local and foreign communities through through tasks and projects within the scope of the Scheme.
