Implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on investment and development of infrastructure, especially traffic infrastructure and urban infrastructure, over the past 5 years, the infrastructure system in the province has gradually improved synchronously and modernly invested, creating a new face for the province, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security. 
The invested transport infrastructure has contributed to connecting and expanding the development space of the province. Urban infrastructure has been gradually invested and expanded.
Agricultural and rural infrastructure is invested and upgraded. Many irrigation projects have been invested and upgraded, making an important contribution to promoting agricultural and rural development and increasing irrigation capacity.
Infrastructure of economic zones and industrial zones continues to be invested and completed, contributing to attracting domestic and foreign investors. Social infrastructure in terms of culture, education and health is interested in investment and development.
However, the infrastructure system is still limited. Transport infrastructure connecting localities in the province and with neighboring provinces has not been synchronously invested.
Tourism infrastructure is underdeveloped; commercial and service infrastructure has not met the needs of the people, especially in rural and mountainous areas; Social infrastructure is lacking in both quantity and quality...
In order to develop the infrastructure system in the coming time and overcome the limitations, the 4th Conference of the Provincial Party Committee, the XX session discussed the contents of the draft Resolution on investment, development, and investment modern and synchronous infrastructure, creating a driving force for development.
The overall objective of the Resolution is to concentrate all resources to invest in the development of synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, with a number of modern works
They ensure rapid and sustainable development and protect the environment, adapting to climate change, narrowing the regional gap and improving people's living standards, ensuring national defense and security.
Striving to 2025, Quang Ngai becomes a well-developed province of the Central Region.
Discussing this draft Resolution, the delegates said that the current state budget is still difficult, so the State only invests in key projects and projects that have great spillover and create breakthroughs infrastructure development.
In particular, it is necessary to focus capital to complete transitional projects from the 2016-2020 period to the 2021-2025 period in order to soon put them into use and promote investment efficiency.
The province needs to pay attention to resources for urban development in Quang Ngai City.
Once the central urban area of the province develops, it will create a large spillover, promoting the socio-economic development in the province.
