Deployment of a non-stop electronic road user toll collection system

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document to assign the Department of Transport to assume the prime responsibility for monitoring and urging Thien Tan - Thanh An BOT Co., Ltd. to urgently complete the installation of the remaining toll lanes. 
They ensure to complete before the date July 31, 2022 to implement synchronous electronic toll collection nationwide from August 1, 2022 under the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh in Notice of Conclusion No. 186/TB-VPCP dated 27 June 2022.
The non-stop electronic toll collection to replace manual toll collection is civilized and modern, reduces social costs which contributes to environmental protection and ensures publicity and transparency in operations fee.
The Ministry of Transport and localities are requested to focus on directing investors to complete the installation of lanes collect the remaining fees before July 31, 2022 to implement synchronous electronic toll collection nationwide from August 1, 2022, which implements fully automatic toll collection for all expressways.
