Deploying the use of e-invoices in Quang Ngai province

The purpose of the Plan is to specify the implementation of the use of e-invoices in Quang Ngai province according to the Law on Tax Administration;

It is planned that by March 31, 2022, 100% of organizations and businesses use e-invoices according to the provisions of Circular No. 32/2011/TT-BTC dated March 14, 2011 of the Minister of Finance;

As of June 30, 2022, 100% of business households and individuals pay tax by the declaration method using electronic invoices as prescribed in Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Director of the Provincial Tax Department, the heads of the provincial departments, branches and branches, the Chairman of the People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities and relevant organizations and individuals to perform specific tasks assigned in this Plan.
