Building a Smart City Development Project

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document to agree on the policy of building a Smart City Development Project in the province for the period of 2021-2025, with an orientation to 2030. 
The Department of Construction is assigned to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities in urgently implementing the formulation of the above-mentioned Scheme according to regulations; completion time, submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration in the second quarter of 2022.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, the construction of a smart city is the application of information technology and the achievements and technologies of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 into all socio-economic life activities to improve the capacity of the State management and administration, creating a dynamic environment for businesses and people to enjoy smart services to enhance competitiveness and improve quality of life.
