The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1178/QD-UBND assigning the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2022 to implement the National Target Program on building new rural areas and a number of other programs and projects (the batch of projects). 2). 
Specifically, Nghia Hanh District People's Committee and Binh Son District People's Committee include 08 projects, with a total planned capital for the 2021-2025 period is 17.5 billion VND, in 2022 is 2.8 billion VND.
Based on the capital plan assigned in this Decision, the People's Committees of the districts: Nghia Hanh, Binh Son assigned the medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2022 to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
Simultaneously, they urge, guide and inspect the implementation units to ensure the quality, progress and efficiency of the projects, prevent loss, waste, do not generate outstanding debts, do not loss of allocated capital.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant provincial departments, agencies and sectors in, responsible for guiding localities and units to organize the implementation of projects, and promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee. difficulties and problems (if any).
