Applying software to manage citizens in epidemic areas

Specifically, citizens must register for a medical declaration (via a computer, smartphone with internet connection) before going through the disease control station at the address: suckhoe.dancuquocgia.gov.vn similar to declared through the application of the Ministry of Health. After entering enough information, the system will generate a QR code for staff at the quarantine checkpoint to check the information.

In case citizens do not have smartphones to declare, the officers of the checkpoints shall issue a medical declaration form (medical declaration form developed by the Ministry of Public Security) for people to declare. After declaring, the officers at the checkpoint will compare with citizens when using the software will promptly update accurate information about the epidemic situation where citizens live and work, and promptly take preventive measures. Proactively declare information in advance, create a QR Code to check through the quarantine checkpoint, do not waste time on manual paper declaration, reduce congestion.

For management agencies, data after citizens’ declarations are censored and processed on the National Population Database to ensure accurate identification of declared citizens’ information. This information is communicated to  localities  where citizens go and come to in order to promptly manage the information and actual people. Thereby, the tracing the movement of citizens shall be implemented easily, quickly and accurately, contributing to saving costs in the current epidemic prevention and control.
