Allocating VND 19 bln to implement the Education Program in mountainous areas in 2021

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed the Decision No. 1567/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2021 on the allocation of funds for the implementation of the Target Program of Education in mountainous, ethnic minority and disadvantaged areas, period 2016- 2021. 
Accordingly, nearly VND19 billion from the central budget will be allocated for the Department of Education and Training to implement the Program in 2021.
The above funding is used to invest in purchasing teaching equipment, student desks and chairs at schools and boarding schools in mountainous districts of the province.
