About 203,100 Quang Ngai people installed COVID-19 tracking Bluezone app

Up to 09 July 2021, Quang Ngai province had 203,093 people installing Bluezone application, accounting for 16,49% of the province's population. The percentage of Bluezoners having a phone number/smartphone number in the whole province has been 31.74%, ranking 38/63 provinces and cities across the country, according to the Provincial Department of Information and Communications. 
Of which, the biggest number of subscribers is recorded in the three localities of Quang Ngai city (with 62,757 bluezoners), Binh Son district (with 37,433 Bluezoners) and Tu Nghia district with 19,041 ones.
The proportion of people who install the application in the province mountainous districts is still low, namely: Tra Bong: 5,210 (9.83%); Son Tay: 1,910 (9.02%); Minh Long: 1,493 (7.97%); Ba To: 4,518 (7.6%); and Son Ha: 5,301 (6.76%).
Facing the complicated developments of the pandemic, the Prime Minister has directed all sectors and localities to synchronously deploy many solutions in pandemic prevention. In particular, the method of 5K solution plus vaccine and technology is emphasized to proactively prevent and control epidemics from afar, early.
The Provincial Department of Information and Communications has been promoting communication and guiding people to install and use information technology applications in medical declaration and close contact detection via mobile applications in order to support the health sector in analyzing, tracing, zoning the epidemic. The apps which are promoting effectiveness including Bluezone, medical declaration, NCOVI, QR Code and COVID-19 safety- anti-pandemic map system.
