On October 27, Quang Ngai recorded 17 cases of COVID-19, all in isolation and blockade areas. Bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases recorded in Quang Ngai since June 26, 2021 to now to 1,577 cases. 
In 17 new cases, 01 case was recorded in the blockade area of Group 6, Le Hong Phong ward, Quang Ngai city. The patient is female, born in 1969, is a teacher of Nghia Chanh Primary School.
04 cases related to the case in Group 3, Nguyen Nghiem Ward, Quang Ngai city, are the F1s of patient 858609 (announced on October 16), isolated at the dormitory of Pham Van Dong University.
01 case related to the case in Co Luy Nam village, Nghia Phu commune, Quang Ngai city, is the mother of patient 873219 (announced on October 20).
05 cases are F1 cases and have been isolated at concentrated guaranteed areas.
06 cases are people returning from epidemic areas, including 05 cases are people returning from Ho Chi Minh City and 01 case returning from Binh Duong province.
