Resolving the petition of 28 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company

At the meeting, representatives of the 28 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company reported on the situation of production activities, difficulties and obstacles in the process of operation related to the issuance of land use right certificates and the expansion of the company.

The Company will expand the scale to meet the needs of customers and ensure the assigned security and defense tasks, especially fire and explosion prevention and fighting at the company.

The company's main businesses include garments, buying and selling auxiliary materials for the garment industry, manufacturing products, materials and equipment for production.

In recent years, the Company has well performed the task of producing fabrics, as well as ensuring military equipment for the troops.

In order to be in line with the general planning of the province, meet the Company's operational needs, and promote the socio-economic development of the province, the Company proposed to relocate to a new location in Tinh An Dong commune, Quang Ngai city with a proposed land area of about 20.9 thousand m².

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien suggested that relevant departments and units, on the basis of their functions, tasks, powers and provisions of law, should focus on solving and handling problems of the Compnay in accordance with their competence.

They need to determine the competence to allocate land, compensation and support expenses when the State recovers land and assets on land.
