PPC's Chairman Mr. Dang Van Minh inspected the actual progress of projects in Ly Son district

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh assessed that in recent years Ly Son has had a great change in the urban appearance.

The development of Ly Son is the responsibility of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Ly Son district.

Therefore, Ly Son district should make self-effort, and strive to develop Ly Son islands quickly and sustainably in the future.

The Central government and the province will support resources, people and a number of specific mechanisms for Ly Son.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the human factor determines the success of Ly Son development in the coming time.

The People's Council, the People's Committee and the political mass organizations of the district must become a unified and transparent system to handle the assigned tasks.

The province will always pay attention to and create favorable conditions and arrange adequate resources for Ly Son's development.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted the recommendations of the district at the meeting to support Ly Son to implement in the short term as well as in the long term.

At the same time, it is noted that Ly Son district needs to exploit local resources and call for really strong businesses that can change Ly Son in the future.

The district's problem is first of all to strengthen the apparatus; training, fostering, improving quality, building a contingent of dynamic and skilled cadres, meeting the requirements for the comprehensive development of the island district.

Regarding projects in the district, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that for the mobile road project, the implementation process has many difficulties, leading to delays.

The chairman requested Ly Son district to urgently implement more active compensation and site clearance work, directing more closely to speed up the approval of the compensation plan for site clearance and handing over the site to Provincial Military Command organized the construction.

At the same time, the Provincial Military Command, with the responsibility of the investor, was assigned to urgently direct the construction unit to organize early construction for the sections that have been handed over to the site.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that by August 30, 2022, Ly Son district hand over the entire site to the investor.

On that basis, the investor will make a specific plan for the construction progress and capital disbursement schedule from now until December 31, 2022 to serve as a basis for successful implementation.

For the Ly Son boat anchorage project (phase 2), the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee criticized the Ly Son District People's Committee for the slow resolution of problems in compensation and site clearance of the project, leading to delay in project implementation.

He requested Ly Son district no later than August 15, 2022, to hand over all the ground located in the project that people encroach on to the Investor (Provincial Traffic Works Project Management Board) for the owner urgently invest in organizing the construction and completion of the project before December 31, 2022.
