Ensure traffic and water sources for fire fighting and rescue work

Accordingly, the heads of departments, agencies, units and localities are requested to:

• Continue to strengthening the direction of implementation of fire prevention and fighting and rescue and rescue activities.

• Follow the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 6170/UBND-NC on strengthening public service Fire prevention and rescue operations for production facilities, warehouses in industrial parks, export processing zones, hi-tech parks, industrial clusters and residential areas,...
• In addition, they strengthen the inspection and assessment of the current situation of traffic, water sources for fire fighting, rescue and other fire safety conditions in localities.
• Focus on residential areas, industrial zones - clusters...;
• Promptly detect and guide solutions and measures to overcome loopholes, shortcomings and inadequacies in traffic, water sources in service of fire fighting.
• Strengthen the propaganda, dissemination and education of laws and knowledge on fire prevention and rescue in general and the assurance of traffic and water sources for fire fighting and rescue in particular.
• Focus on deep and wide propaganda for subjects who are heads of agencies, businesses, establishments and residential areas in order to raise self-awareness in fire prevention and rescue work, etc.
