PPC's leaders discuss the infrastructure management of provincial IPs

Provincial People's Committee's Vice Chairman, Tran Phuoc Hien, met with provincial relevant department and local leaders about the plan of managing infrastructure systems in three industrial parks in the province, including Tinh Phong, Quang Phu, and Saigon - Dung Quat Industrial Park. 
Tinh Phong Industrial Park has an area of 142ha, with 57 licensed projects. 49 projects have been under operation, specializing in fields of garment, electronics, fertilizer, concrete and brick production.
Quang Phu Industrial Park has an area of 92ha. 49 projects have been licensed and put into operation. The main business activities are seafood, beer, confectionery, and mineral water.
Saigon – Dung Quat Industrial Park has an area of 118ha, with 30 licensed projects. 27 projects have come into operation. The site is hub of wood chips, garments, and steel structures.
At the meeting, leaders of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Provincial Industrial Parks (the Authority) reported on the management of industrial parks in the province related to investment attraction, land lease, infrastructure lease, maintenance of infrastructure,environmental protection, fire protection, and compensation.
The Authority leader also presented plans to manage infrastructure in Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Quang Phu Industrial Park and Saigon – Dung Quat Industrial Park.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien suggested that the Authority should continue to study and refer to effective management models and plans from other provinces and cities to advise, propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider, decide and complete by June 30, 2024.
