The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 391/QD-UBND approving the target plan and the funding plan to implement the health insurance policy for the beneficiaries in 2022 in the province. 
In 2022, the province has 610,830 people entitled to the health insurance scheme.
The total budget for implementing health insurance policies for the beneficiaries is more than 459.9 billion VND
The provincial budget support is 42,025 billion VND.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities direct the Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs coordinate with the social insurance agency, the Finance and Planning Department of the district, town and city to decide periodically compare the number of health insurance cards issued, the state budget payment, support to pay for the purchase of health insurance cards for the subjects to use as a basis for reporting and settlement
At the same time, it is responsible for checking the list; issuing health insurance cards to subjects at the commune level; ensuring that the subjects granted health insurance cards are not duplicated, etc.
