They closely and effectively
coordinate with relevant localities in managing, inspecting and handling
violations of mineral activities, especially preventing mineral exploitation
activities in bordering areas, especially sand and gravel in the river bed.
They resolutely handle the
responsibilities of the heads of local governments, especially at the commune
level, when prolonged illegal mineral exploitation occurs without handling and
illegal exploitation, causing serious consequences.
Department of Construction
takes the lead, in collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment,
relevant properties, sectors and localities, proactively reviews approved
mineral plans under its authority to integrate the content relevant in the
Provincial Planning in accordance with the law on planning.
The Department of Natural
Resources and Environment shall assume the prime responsibility for, and
coordinate with the Construction Department, the relevant offices, localities
and localities in continuing to intensify inspection, examination; resolute
